• Purchases: If you choose to subscribe to Neo Anime Pro, your payment is processed by Apple (via RevenueCat). We do not collect or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To manage user accounts and provide you with customer support.
• To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user.
• To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We may process or share your data that we hold based on the following legal basis:

By downloading, accessing, or using the Neo Anime application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
• Restrictions: You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

2. Subscriptions (Neo Anime Pro)

The App offers an auto-renewing subscription (Neo Anime Pro) to access premium features. By selecting a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3. Content and Copyright

The App provides information, tracking, and discovery tools for anime. All data, images, and information related to specific anime titles belong to their respective copyright holders (e.g., MyAnimeList, AniList). The App does not host any illegal streaming content or video files.

• You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not modify, adapt, or hack the App or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Neo Anime or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
